Ten una buena noche (Buenas noches = Goodnight, more common)
Te extraño (I miss you)
For any kind of word refering to "loved one"; you can add words to the end of the sentence like: "querida" (literally "loved one"), "mi amor" (my love), "mi vida" (my life) and others, but not "bebe" (that literally means infant, unlike in English).

have a good nigh- que tengas una buena noche
" " beatiful/baby/sweetie- que tengas una buena noche preciosa/ my bebe/ dulzura.
i miss you- me haces falta
i miss you baby- me haces falta bebe (but "bebe" is not very commonly used, so i think its better to say "preciosa" instead, which means precious or beautiful)
good luck.
