give him a reason to kiss you or jus make the 1st move.. over 80% of guys want girls to make the first move when it comes to kissing.. maybe he is jus afraid he will mess up or not meet ur standards or something like that..

Take the initiative, girlfriend! When my bf and I were first together, he was shy about making that move, but I really wanted to kiss him, so when we were babysitting his nephews I was standing next to him while he was sitting on the couch, he got up, and I met him with my lips. I have never seen a guy so surprised or so pleased! Surprise him with a little kiss and his bashfulness will go out the window!

i say if its not bothering you to much dont push him. its nice when they like you for more than what the usual guys want. but if yr up for it and think its what you need you kiss him.
