Where can I file consumer complaints against telemarkters from Dish Network?Their calls are harrassing and abusive. They have been told repeatedly that our number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST and to stop calling. Instead all I got was a barrage of abuse. How can I take action against Dish Network? Complaining to them does not help.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you are, in dead, registered on the Federal donotcall.gov list and they (or who ever) violates that, what you need to do is record the call (on an answer machine, for example) and then report it on the register. You can also file a formal complaint with the FCC, though some states have their own way to handle it. In Ohio, we report it to the PUCO. I just went through that with Sprint for "slamming" my long distance service away from AT&T.

The prodlem is not with Dish networks though, it is with third party contracters tring to make a fast buck.
