Well bugman, if you have a boy, his 'peeper' is pointing up, so if he takes a pee, it (the urine) goes 'up' and therefore, it comes up and out the front. You can put a diaper on, cloth usually with plastic pants, or just a good brand - pampers - alone.

Yes, they do. I work in a daycare and we had a little boy who would pee out his diaper. We never did know how he did it. He was less than a year old. I always thought he was peeing straight up but did not know if it was possible. Perhaps a large size diaper would work for your situation.
