ok so yeah i have been talking to this guy for a long time now and we are really good friends. well my sister always hangs out with me bc she is like my best friend. well come to find out this guy that i've been talking to likes her and i likes me but he doesnt really want to go out with me and mess up our friendship. but i like him so much and i think about him all the time. i just want to be with him. but he likes my sis. hes 19, im 18, and my sis is 17 im just not happy that he likes my younger sis........so please WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!

He has put you in the "Friends only" catagory I'm sorry to say. As much as you want to be with him, he is attracted to your sister. Be happy for your sister if it makes her happy. He's probably not the one for you and this is, in my opinion a sign letting you know that it wouldn't work out and you will end up being hurt. You're still very young and have much to learn about what true love really is. Go out, have fun and enjoy your youth while you still have it and learn the many lessons out there which will prepare you for when the time comes and "Your" true love appears in your life. I know it hurts now, but you will find your blessing in love down the road and when the time is right. Fight it and you will experience heartache and pain. Look with your eyes, feel with your heart and think with your mind and all you wish for will be yours when you least expect it. Always know, that you are a special person and you shouldn't share the special love you hold within your heart with just anyone. May the wings of your angels brush you lightly upon your shoulder and guide you to the life you dream of.

You probably won't want to hear this, but it sounds like you need to get a new crush! You can not change the way people feel and it sounds like you will just get hurt if you pursue this. Also, don't take this out on your sis! Blood is thicker than water!

Theres a couple things you can do. You can straight up tell him how much you like him and would like to try a relationship out with him. But, if he already likes your sister that might be awkward for all 3 of you. Another thing you can do is tell him how you feel and let him know you don't think you can be friends with him if he's going to date your sister because it will hurt too much.
You should be honest with him - if he ends up with your sister you are going to be angry and hurt and it's going to be hard for you not to take it out on him and especially your sister. If they both like eachother there isn't much you can do except accept reality and wish them both well.
If you feel that you might have a chance with him explain to him that you are willing to have a relationship with him to see if it's going to work - even if it might change your friendship. He might not even have a clue as to how much you like him.

Sweetie,I was in sort of the same situation with a crush and one of my sisters years ago.I too felt a little hurt that he liked her over me.But when I seen how happy that they looked together,I backed right off from that!I seen that light shinning in my sisters eyes like I had never seen it shine before and my love went out to her and gave her the space to be with him and be happy.It hurt yes it did,but when I thought about how happy it made her I stepped back and let go and I am happy that I did that even though it did not work out for them.Just let go honey someday you will respect yourself for it.

I don't think there's much you can do. Just find a new guy. But it would really suck if he did hook up with your sister, so try to not hang out with him anymore (assuming your sister would be with) so it won't be as easy for them to get together.

your thinking about his so much cauz you dont have him. I'd dump him, move on, who cares, your too young to be worried about a guy not liking you, focus on ones that do you'll have more attention, and way more fun. MOVE ON
