BALANCE...between truth and love. Some churches are all about love but lack the spine to preach and teach the truth. Other churches are so hell-bent on cramming the truth into you that they forget to teach it in love. They forget that they were lost once too and it's only by the grace of God that they've been changed.

The biggest flaw in the Protestant churches (you have to use the plural because they are not the same) is their inconsistency in accepting the Bible.
They believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. However, the words were actually written down by men, and then collected by men who decided which books were holy and which ones were not. Protestants have an answer to this -- which is that the men who wrote the words and the men who made the decisions on what was holy were inspired by God during that process.
But we actually know how the Bible got put together. St Erenius was instrumental in doing this -- and then the books of the Bible were set by the Catholic Pope and his Bishops at the Council of Rome in 382.
However -- Protestants later threw out several books of the Bible.
Doesn't this strike you as a flaw? How could the council members be inspired by God when they included Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Exodus and Revelations -- but not be inspired by God when they included Maccabees, Baruch and Judith?
Many Protestants are even fond of quoting Revelations in saying that you should neither add to nor take away from the word of God -- but that is exactly what they have done.
The vast majority of Protestants don't even know how the Bible became THE BIBLE. They don't understand that their religion is based on a fundamental inconsistency.

Churches are filled with flaws because people are filled with flaws. The only thing that makes Christians different from anyone else is the fact that we have been forgiven.

Biblical illiteracy. Many people don't read their Bibles. They rely on preachers and popular doctrines rather than what the Bible says, and holding onto some of the false doctrines created by the Catholic church.

Virgin Birth - Was it a preconceived notion?
What is the Imacculate Conception?
An Imacculate Deception?
Did Jesus give up Saturday for us?
Jesus? Christianity? .
If Jesus died, he could NOT have been God.
Gods do not die? Do they?
If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides Saturday was sacrificed?
If Jesus died for our sins, there should not be any more sins, else why go through with it?.
If Jesus really DIED, he should be dead, dead, dead!
If you swallow this stuff, you are not going to like the folks who don't.

Most don't accept the other denominations as brothers in Christ, often they even teach that certain denominations are not really saved or even tools of the devil
