my boxer / blue tick mix 6 month old pup chases his tail alot. I know he cant be bored he has 5 others to play with. He seems to this just to make us laugh. Ive heard of other dogs doing this and if yours does maybe you know why?

Because they are easily amused. Boxers are especially goofy compared to most dogs.

If they do it for long periods of time though that can indicate a problem. I saw some show on TV about it a long time ago. I forget what they said though.

But since it's a boxer I'm going to guess it's the goofy factor.

He could be bored or have a psychological disorder. Also his food can be poor and giving him way too much energy
