i drink a cup of coffee and grand mariner every night and iam a weight watcher and dont eat food 4 hours before bed but i notice some weight gain.My friends say its from my evening drink, so i would really love to know how many calories are in one ounce

i used to know a lot about the Jenny Craig program... I remember that hard liquor (1 serving) was one fat exchange... and i think that one fat exchange was 45 calories. liquor metabolises like fat, but there's also a carbohydrate factor in there too.
