I have problems With President Bush, but I believe that he has gotten some bad advice and has surrounded himself with people who don't have the nation's best interest at heart. I voted for him simply because I didn't want Kerry to become leader of the free world. As for my vote, who knows, it might count, it might not. I still vote with high hopes and low expectations.

Yes my little vote means something. I voted for Bush, because he was the best choice and it has been proven. Gore, Dean & Kerry, were all poor leaders. Clinton didn't even endorse his former VP Gore, Dean bankrupted VT with his State healthcare plan and Kerry always second guesses his choices, this is not ok. A president needs to make educated decisions and stick by, despite the polls. The President doesn't have the luxury of flip flopping, like Sen. Kerry. Sometimes your options don't include the perfect solution. You need to decide the lessor of two evils. Hesitating or doing nothing isn't an option. You need to lead, Kerry, Dean & Gore aren't good leaders.
Impeachment would only occur if Republicans found some proof to one of those wild Democrat conspiracy theories. Then, they would have to impeach him. The Democrats could never organize an impeachment based on theories. They sure talk about it a lot though. I wish Dems could help out, rather than criticize every move. They are paid to get stuff done, not criticize Republicans.

Seriously, dude. John Kerry? He's an erudite, egotistical socialist who lied about our troops' actions in Vietnam. The he decided to be a serial rich ***** marryer. That's a President? What about Al "Chicken Little" Gore? "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" No sane person has ever been given any other choice than to vote got G.W. If anything, liberals should all be pissed off at the Democrat party for not putting up viable candidates. Who's going to be next? Nancy Pelosi? Cindy Sheehan?

I am answering your first question only.
No, I don't think anything that happens in a little cubicle in a elementary school in podunk nowhere has anything to with what happens in Washington DC.
I have slightly more faith in voting for local government, but not much, because politicians are all crooked lying, cheating, humping their sisters and generally out for nothing but themselves.
Also, I worked at a community center that hosted a voting site. The people in charge of setting everything up and running the place came in high. Yes, I could smell Marajuana on all of them from across the room. One of them had to go outside to puke. But don't worry America, your vote counts! Yeah right!

My vote made a huge difference from local to national elections. I voted for George W. Bush, because he was ready for the job and up for the challenge.
I stand with the President when he is right, and I will criticize the President when it warrants, but respect him and the office.
Impeachment is not the answer, there are no high crimes and misdemeanors.

If everyone felt their one little vote didn't mean anything and
didn't vote....then there would be no votes. See? Bush has
done nothing to be impeached for, so it's out of the question
and he needs to continue his term until it ends; and
continue to mess up those "important" terrorists until there
is none left to fight. The U.S. has a record of winning every
war we're involved in and Iraq is no exception. No wimping
out, cutting and running...that's just not American.

Why don't Bush haters use specific anecdotes?
Becuz they don't understand anything more complicated than sweeping genrealizations with little or no proof.
I voted for him becuz of his fiscal policey but I don't agree with every position he has. Besides, why would I vote for someone else who just simply complains about what the other is doing without offering a clear solution (john Kerry).

i voted for bush because of his steadfast and consistent belief in protecting america from our enemies, his belief that america does not have to answer to the UN, and him being a fiscal conservative.
i was very wrong on the last part, as he is allowing spending to occur and levels even beyond some liberals...but to me the main issue at hand is who will do more to strengthen america.
that is why i voted bush, and that is why i stand behind him still.
