It's not German for sure. If I try very hard and read alound what you wrote I kinda find it similar to Polish. But it doesn't make sense, so maybe it's some other slavic lg.

I think it's something like "I pound would greet once here". But my German isn't the best and it's hard to translate to exactly what it would be in English.
