You should do some research on animal behavior. If your dog is peeing on your girlfriend, and only on your girlfriend... not on other people... then there is a reason for it. Your dog can probalby sense something about her that you can't and doesn't like her. I'd say that if you've had the dog longer than the girlfriend... you should keep the dog. You should also consider that the dog may be jealous of the girlfriend, this could be what's causing the problem. Have you been ignoring the dog since she came along or when she's there?

The dog.............though maybe the dog is trying to tell you something. That does make for a very good question. Did the dog pee before the girlfriend? If the dog is a girl - she could be taking her feelings of jealousy out on the girlfriend. Maybe you need to show affection towards the dog infront of the girlfriend and seriously spend some quality time with the dog and have your gf interact with the dog with you.

Its a lose lose situation if you get rid of any one of them because if you get rid of the dog you'll be betraying your best friend for a girl, and babe there are alot of girls out there. But if you get rid of the girl she might call you pathetic for choosing the dog. I would choose the dog because the dog loves you and his life depends on you. Are you going to break the poor dog's heart for a gf?
But then theres also the suggestion of keeping them both, its not like she lives with you.

good question and a heck of a problem. I would say bring another girl over, not necessarily a date, a friend or something like that (wouldnt wanna cheat, hehe), and see if the dog has the same reaction. if it does, choose the dog. If not, well all I can say is animals are a great judge of character sometimes.

Ditch the girl, the dog loves you unconditionally..
The dog obviously senses something wrong with her..
There are plenty of single women out there to choose from..

Good Luck

Hmmm, you can't f*ck your dog...or can you?

Personally I pick the one that I can have more fun with, take to public places, (and not think about stoop'n'scoop) who will defend you more viciously, who will buy you stuff, and will generally make you happier.

Try those on each one. (I would worry if the stoop'n'scoop is a concern with the girl)

How does the girl feel about it? I would suggest getting a kennel or a doggy door to keep the dog in when she comes over.

If you're being serious, get rid of the dog. That dog needs to go to someone who can break it of that nasty, disguting habit. SICK!!
And I can't believe she's still your g/f. I would have broken up with you. What a weird dog. Did he learn it from you? jk:)
