1 john 5:12-13
He that hath the Son hath life, and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. these things have i written unto you that beleve on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW* that ye have eternal life, and that ye may beleve on the name of the Son of God.
* this is the where we are told how to know if we are saved or not, strait from the Bible

Yes, you can be sure. There are signs in a Christian's life that the Apostle John writes about. He writes these to his church, a church under attack bypeople claiming to know the truth (who did not). John wrote these letters to his church, because they were doubting their faith and their salvation in light of the false prophets out there. (gnostics, but that's another lesson!)
Read the new testament book of 1 John. There is the Gospel of John. (good read, too, btw) but also 1 John, 2 John, and 3 John. 1 John outlines how you will know if you are going to heaven. In a nutshell, they are:
Love: for your fellow man, for God, for yourself
Obedience: to God's commands
Believe: in God's son Jesus for your future life, in the unchanging Truth that is God.

yes because if he is living by the world totally and keeping Gods commandments he is baptized and filled with the holy spirit he is sure to be on the right path to heaven with out no drought

No body can be sure whether they will go to Heavens. One can only hope and pray on the basis of the criteria for going to Heavens for Allah is the judge of all human actions and whether these good actions were done to please Allah or some else.

Anyone can assure his way to Heaven if He asks the Lord for forgiveness of his sins and is remoreseful for them and if he tries hard not to comit them again. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
The word "again" (anothen) in Greek means "from above", so born from above.
John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
We all are born of the flesh and water, the womb. You must be born from above or the Spirit. God's Word is His Spirit. I pray that helps you. Sow to your spirit by studying His Word which is God's Spirit.

You can try and get to heaven by dedicating your life to the Lord. Being baptized. Follow his commandments.
Go to church. Witness to others about him. Pray and put God at the fore front of your life.

Yes by seeing the work of God in His life bringing Him to love God and the ways of God. Jesus said if you love me keep my commandments and it is in obedience to Him out of love that we can be sure. Also He has given many promises. When we truly believe these are for us personally we know we have peace with God through Jesus Christ
