You should be able to tell when he tells you. Stop with you're insecurities and realize if he told you , he loved you, it's cause he loves you and he is your fiance because he shows you and if that doesn't show he loves you then I don't know what does. Stop worrying or trying to tell if he does. You know why? Cause he does. That is very beatiful and don't ruin it by questioning his love.
