Your question is a little vague. If you are thinking about getting 2 male cats for pets and raising them together, they will figure it all out (the way cats do) and probably become buddies. My two males are brothers (feral strays) who have always been together. They never fight except for some rough-and-tumble playing.
If you mean do they ALWAYS fight...not always. I just moved and in the neighborhood are a couple of cats. Initially my two males stood their ground--there were some stand-off situations, but now they are all friends...for the most part.
If you mean CAN they fight...YES, and it's not a pleasant movie. Territory disputes and breeding are horrible to witness, both visually and to listen to.
It's the same with two male humans...ever watch two drunk guys in a bar starting to fight? Sometimes the fight happens, sometimes it's just bluffing, and sometimes the "smart" guy decides it's not worth it.

Often as I was growing up there were two or more male cats in the family. And I have seen instances when the oldest of the males would actually be a good 'father figure' for the young males.
However, these were largely cats who were raised together, or who were used to there being a lot of animals in the household.
Otherwise, you can expect territorial disputes.

initially they wont like each other (i have 2 male cats, one is neutered). We had the first one for about a year and then brought the new one home initially they just kinda ran away from eachother an hissed. after a couple days they were better. Its been 3 years and they are best friends. They play, and sometimes get rowdy, but they never fight. Just be careful when introducing them find a common area to introduce them in (like a bedroom or family room) Dont force them onto eachother they'll approach eachother on their own time. Good Luck!

Male cats are territorial. If there are two male cats in the same room or the same area they will fight. If they are in the same room or house they will eventually get used to each other. They will still growl at each other, but they won't fight as much.

Only over girls. They usually get along very well if they are raised together. As for adding a new male cat to the existing ones territory you just have to supervise for awhile and make sure they dont fight for dominance. But that is true with adding any pet to the household. The main problem you might have is spraying to mark their territory.

Yes ! Cats will fight and I do not know of any way to make them stop. Even if both Toms are neutered they will still fight at times. It is expensive to get them sewed up after a bad fight and as I care about all my cats, I dislike seeing them get hurt.

Not usually.
If they're fixed it's pretty rare.
But under the right circumstances, they will.
If you already have cats and they're not fighting it is unlikely they ever will.
Again, if their not fixed with a female in heat, like all males, all bets are off.

They generally dont fight if their raised together as a kitten. If age differs, you have a problem - Especially if theres a female cat. They will fight for the female. Trust Me.

Yes.
Besides the obvious fight over mating rights with a horny female cat, they are quite territorial.
They don't like to fight though, because they don't want to get hurt.
