I had a misdemeanor offense 7 years ago and I had the records closed with the courts. I just got a job and they finger printed me for a background check. Will they be able to pull my records even if I had the records closed?

I don't understand what you mean by "closed"? The misdemeanor will always be on your record and they do not need fingerprints to find it. As far as the job and it will affect it just depends on what type of job it is and what the misdemeaner was for.

ok, first it isn't "finger printing list" Your fingerprint list in uncomplicated phrases says who you're, so fingerprinting in uncomplicated phrases proves you're who you're saying you're, in case you had ever been fingerprinted previously. the very undeniable actuality that they stumble on a tournament in files will showyou were fingerprinted previously for some reason ( miltary provider, pastime application, arrest etc) it is your criminal list heritage they run out of your identity ( identity besides the undeniable fact that fingerprint) which will ensue your criminal list. ok, i do not understand what you recommend through "closed" become it pushed aside, become it conditionally pushed aside through you doing community provider "closed" isn't a time period I easily have ever used in the states I easily have labored with the courts. next what sort of pastime, and does it contain a a nationwide protection history. If it become pushed aside or explunged, for a classic company it gained't ensue. even if it really is for a nationwide secuirty history clearance or a police pastime, then any arrest will ensue to them.
