You can't. This issue was made up by the cosmetics companies. Everybody has dandruff!! It's a natural process. What others do is wash their hair alot and change their clothes often. Washing your hair too often can sometimes have negative affects like stripping your hair, and actually making the 'dandruff' worse by drying the scalp. Use a gentle moisturizing shampoo often, and skip the dandruff preparations. (If you have Sebborhea then consult a physician (Oily scaling on scalp etc.). There is no 'cure' for that either. You can try special shampoos (usually with some derivative of coal tar in them) for that condition over the counter. Good luck and lower your stress. Makes 'dandruff' worse.

Try to use dandruff shampoo daily w. conditioner. Make sure you scrub your head well and comb neatly. Dandruff isn't really bad in the summer time, but it starts to get really dry in the winter.

Selsum Blue shampoo or Sea-breeze. They both work as a drying agent and will not harm the hair. Also try shampoo and conditioner that has a moisturizer in it. Like Always shampoo and conditioner or try Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner.

I used to have this problem. My hair itself is very healthy and YES i was it every other day! :) I tried everything from Head&shoulders to Herbal supplements. There is different causes for dendruff from lack of proper hygiene, to chemical burn on sculp, to fungus. My doctor rcommended me Nizoral which has cortecosteroid Ketoconazole 1%. It comes in dark blue plastic container and available at drug stores. it's a little bit more expensive than all other brands, but it's worth it!
good luck

There are a number of shampoos that you can purchase off of the shelf at your local pharmacy. Or visit your dermatologist for a prescription medication.
