Well, it's not too old. A man is never too old. Look at Tony Randle. He had kids in his mid seventies. If you really want children you should do it in the next few years before it becomes less safe for you.

Your fiance' thinks he's too old? Why? A man can conceive healthy children way into their 50's. The complications of a woman, over age 30, has a higher risk than a man does.

No, I don't feel that 32 is too old to have kids. Just stay positive and healthy during your pregnancy. Who knows though....if you have a history of birth defects your OB/GYN just may refer you to a geneticist due to being over 30 years old.

I am 31 and just had my first child 11 months ago.

Good Luck to you!

Have one now. It is not late. Who says 32 or 37 is old?

Your fiance needs to be talked to. Men in their 70s can have babies, if they want to.... So, 37 is considered quite young. Go ahead. When your child is 18, he is only 55.

You two had better talk this through completely before you marry because if he feels he's too old and later you come up pregnant because you want a baby you are heading for trouble. My cutoff for kids was 35 and I got pregnant with my son at 35 but had him at 36. It was a good thing I got pregnant when I did because after 35 the shop was closed. My husband is almost a year older than I am and he was saying he was too old also but he couldn't imagine himself without our son.

Now adays you are never to old to have kids. If both of you are in good health you are set to go. I had my first son at age 36(single mom at the time)I had my second son at age 41(found out on my honeymoon).I did conceive 5 more time after my 42 birthday, but unfortunately they all ended in miscarriages, they found out I had a cyst in 1 of my ovaries.Every time I go in for my GYN check-up the Dr keeps asking me if I'm pregnant again LOL.The only thing is that the possibilities of Downs Syndrome increases the older the woman gets, But if you are content on what God blesses you with then go for it. Good Luck

Aww your fiance is being silly! Men are not to old at 37. My dad got my mom pregnant with my brother when he was 47 - mom was 42 - and they have an awesome relationship.

He is kind of old for that. I wouldn't want to be 37 and a new father. I just wouldn't have the energy, but thats me. Im 39 and I can't keep up with my 12 and 9 year old.

My sister just had a baby at 39 and her husband was 40. There very happy. You're both still in your 30's no way is it to old. People are having kids later and later. Into their 40's these days!! Go for it!!!

I'm 30, and in 2 years i feel like i would still want children if i didn't already have two, hehe
but my tubes were tied with the last child...anyway
so my answer would be no, but you want to make sure that he really wants children, maybe that is the reason that he says that he is too old
