when i install sp2 i get a Access denied?

there is not any more details it just says Access denied when it is half way into the installation.and then just stops i already am logged into my admin account i have already looked at what microsoft posted and did all the steps but still get the error

Please be more specific of your issue. Where are you getting the message and what is the exact message?

You're probably not logged in as a user with the rights to install software. Login as Administrator if you know the password.
