the details: I have a frind in who lives in kwai chung in hong kong, she wants to improve her english, but doesnt know how to go about it. The problem is that she is Thai and can speak and read/write fluently in the Thai language, but can only speak cantonese, her reading ability of cantonese is about the same as her english.
So what it boils down to,
I want to find a school in Hong Kong that will teach her english useing the Thai language.

I am not in Hong Kong, and it would be ridiculous for her to go through the rigamorale of getting a visa to come to the US to learn english. So please if you are not going to answer the question do not reply at all.

Learning a different language such as English, in my humble opinion, should be taught by the lauguage that you want to learn. Finding a school that teach English in Thai in Hong Kong is almost close to impossible. I suggest that watching children program such as English cartoon is a good way to learn because they usually speak slowly and the vocabulary is easier to understand. Hope it help.
