Your fingerprint records will be in both the local police, the state records and also in the FBI national system.

They will list any and every arrest and every conviction you even had.

If you get a crime explunged, it will still be in the record but not public for private business to see on job background searches.

But always available for national secuirity background

Once the police take your finger prints you are forever in the system. Dont commit anymore crimes and stay away from people who get into trouble with the law often because you dont want to be dragged into their problems too.
