You are seeing the scary side of the "American/Global Dream".

You work hard and now want things you cannot afford. You have more children than you can take care of well and safely. Now you want a house that separates you from the child's GrandMa.

Stop at two kids.
Live with your family. Get the GrandMa to move into the house with you.
Go on a VERY strict budget and pay the house completely off in 15 years.
Get out of debt and NEVER HAVE DEBT AGAIN.....ever.
Find a good school for your children.

Don't be too busy to care for your family and watch them grow up.

Get more education and get better jobs.

Get your wife to find a job she can do from home.

Good luck.......you are like SOOOOO many other parents. Make a decision today to be BETTER OFF than most other parents.

Your children REALLY need your attention and support.

Never, Never leave your child with someone you don't trust...... My daughter was beaten by a babysitter when she was 18 months old. Luckily she is OK no job is worth letting your child get hurt by someone.

A nanny without the experience to take care of a kid? C'mon...besides, new mothers have no experience either, but they manage...you either trust the nanny or you don't- if you don't, what good is she?

if your income good then quit your wife job , if your wife not want to quit job then you try how you earn time to fulfil your need & more time with your child
