I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Someone answered you not to eat, but that's really not such a good idea. Anorexia and other eating disorders make you gain weight because of stress, and then make you so dangerously thin that you are barely anything, and admit it: Anorexic/bullimic bodies are UGLY. It's best to cut the extra junk food that you might eat when you're randomly craving something or when you're bored. Only eat when you're hungry, not when a mood makes you want food (such as anger, boredom, or happiness.) Also, make sure you excercise!! Situps, pushups, riding your bike, and running are all very good exercises for losing weight. Drink lots of water so you don't get dehydrated. Last but certainly not least, make sure you keep a moderate activity level for after you lose the weight you want to lose, or you'll just gain it all back.
Good luck!

Diet and exercise go hand in hand. I dont recomend doing those fad diets that promise you'll lose weight in a week. You will just put it back on. Increase your exercise and make sure you do it everyday. I would recomend doing a cleansing fast for a weekend. Then only eat nutritious foods, mostly fruits and vegetables. And drink lots of water.

water water water ! increase your water intake , keep a bottle with you always so you dont forget! daily do some stomach crunches, leg lifts to the sides and on your back legs up "v" drops to each side itll only take 15min tops but you can increase this when you can. you dont have to go out all the time ,or you will feel guilty when you slaken off and eat a whole block of chocolate! go for a leisurly walk every day as well, try to work up a small sweat because this will increase fat burning . your fat will continue to burn for 10 to 20 min after if you work up a sml sweat. abd dont forget to breath. this is relative ly easy but really does work if you keep to it for a week youll see the difference already and it will be easy for you to not give up. good luck

Don't even try to do it fast. You'll just regain it. And, what age are you? Are you sure you're overweight? Take your ht and wt and plug them into a chart that shows the app. wt. you should be. If you're under the age of 20, you may well be suffering from a body image disorder? LOTS of young girls who are just fine think they're fat. This is the basis of bulemia and anorexia.
Talk to your Dr before you go on any radical wt. loss scheme. Also, here is a NON radical, physician designed approach. http://www.drmcdougall.com/

I started by having smaller portions of meals and I noticed my pants getting bigger. I cut out almost completely the ALL U CAN EAT buffets. My job put me on a more active site where I do more
walking and ride my bicycle. I lost about 20 pounds this past year
on it.

excercise and eat healthy but don't stop eating. and then you have to keep that up after you lose the weight too, or you'll gain it all back.
