Unfortunately for you, the bus just happened to be going under a low overpass when you jumped. Splat! You are roadkill, but you did get a distance of about 43 feet due to other cars hitting you and pushing you down the freeway. Next time, duck instead of jumping! :)

You would touch down closer to the back of the bus because the moment you leave the floor nothing is powering you forward so you immediately begin decellerating from 50mph, while the bus' speed remains constant. I'm not familiar with the mathematics to calculate this out but my rough rough guess would be 1/100,000 of an inch.

Same place on the bus. If you were on top of the bus you would move backwards, then probably bounce off of the roof. The air is still inside of the bus.
