Be "the girl next door" (friendly, not slutty) , have your hair down, lipstick or lip gloss, loop earrings, skirt or short shorts, any skirt, just in case, nice panties, lustful bra and sandals or high heels, if he hits on you physically, let him and go medium on makeup and eyeliner, but have eyeliner. Wear a tight, better a short sleeved shirt. Make eye contact with him, be friendly, not too easy, don't make yourself look like a skank. Show your bellybutton.

Listening (as an "active listener") to men and giving direct eye contact has always been a sure fire for me... even when I'm NOT FLIRTING. Men constantly tell me how much they appreciate spending time with me for these reasons... what's really funny... they always end up telling me how INTELLIGENT I AM... when all I did was to LISTEN to them and when they finally did ask me a question I was brief and turned the conversation back to them... oh, and having your eyes looking soft and feminine is a plus for that direct eye contact.
Research "active listening" at all the various websites. It is a wonderful skill that brings great relationship into your life.

good eye contact.don't use to many words and over due it. some guys don't like alot of words.maybe later down the road once you get him hooked. ( humor ) maybe pay a few comments if he has a nice car or compliment him on something you know he does well. job,mech,hobbies. casual conversation. if hes asking sure do answer. if he is silent you may have to strike up the conversation. take it from there. don't nag.brag,be yourself!!!!!!!!

it really depends on the guy you're flirting with, but i would say that you could; eg. instead of telling him something nice every five seconds you could tell him in a special ocassion. it's this little details that count.

it is impossible to be annoying when flirting!
almost any guy would like to have a girl flirt with him!

try and not be noticable when ur flirting with guy/girl and when they start backing off from u say sry and talk about something else but still be kinda flirty.
