during may i took a running class. though i have always been somewhat in shape this class is what put me in shape. i was able to run 5 miles a day while enjoying the nice 80 degree weather. since june 9th i have ran probably 5 times , but i did aerobic ecersise tapes instead. yester day it was 114 degrees and i tried to run but it felt impossible. i felt completely out of shape. is this due to the weather? if i ran in the morning or at 8pm when tis cooler would it be easier for me?

Yea, the heat causes exhuastion and fatigue. Don't run in the heat!
You sound like you're in shape so i wouldn't worry about being in shape.
Sounds like you either live in Florida or Cali. That's too bad for you. I live in the midwest, so I don't have to go through 114 degree weather.
Yes, that is definitely a good idea. You don't want to run around noon or like 2pm. Run either in the morning or in the evening. I usually run around at 6, 7, or 8pm. It's the best time. I read online somewhere that around 6pm your body has the most energy, which makes it the best time to run.

Try running bath water and enjoy a glass of wine and forget the exercise ****. After all, who wants to live forever?
