To lose a 1lb of body weight (not simply water weight) you would need to burn 3500 calories. Sorry to say, but this is alot of walking and swimming if you look to do it in one day...

It depends on how much you weigh. Heavier people burn more calories in an amount of time exersizing. One pound equals 3500 calories. SO if you can find a website that will take into consideration your weight with the exersize that will let you know. But I think it is probably too much to do in one day.

It depends on whether you would drop it deliberately. If you walk or swim till you're exhausted, you might drop it from fatigue.

well my teacher say she drink about eight water bottle a day and i think about a month probably lose 30 lbs

i dunno about walking or swimming but i do know by experice dancing will make you loose pounds if you dance every day for about 2 to 3 hours a day off and on
