Cats that loves you will lay on your feet, they wont do that to strangers, that means the cat trust you and feels safe with you, sometimes that is their way of saying thank you.

Cats just lay around and strech out sometimes. Ever see a pride of lions? If you cat is at your feet (mine prefer to sit in my lap), he is comfortable with you. BUT this can be dangerous too for both you and your cat, if you aren't aware that he's there. He can trip you, or you can squash him...neither scenario is good.

Fat, bald men drinking beer, stretching out on a couch, watching a football game in their underwear...is similar to what cats do...they just do it and there's no good reason why. (See my 2 cats in my picture?)

Cats want to be around you, and since a human's tall, they lay at our feet!

Well, they are looking for heat,.. to warm them up.,,.. Maybe the mother is not around to warm them, thats why they came to you to provide htem the heat they need,.. Maybe as your kittens grow up, they will look up to you if they need something,.. Maybe they trust you,.. They think that you could protect them in any harm,.. they love u and they feel safe with you,..

My Yorkie does this (and a lot of other cat like things), I think it is so that he knows every move I make. Personally, I also think that it is a sign of loyalty and trust.

They are very social creatures, they love company! Mine follow me room to room a lot, I will find that all 3 of them will migrate to me after 20 minutes in one room.

Cuz they're little?
Cuz your toes wiggle and make fun toys?
Cuz it's an easy place to get to to snuggle with their "people"?
Cuz it's an easy way to trip you and be in the way and and make you do contortions not to step on them?
So they can make sure you don't go anywhere without them?

Don't quite get the question. ;[
