I do not have a bench press at home and i am too young to go to the gym
so what can I do?

Just like everyone else said...push ups. there are actually 3 varieties: the regular push up, the wide arm push up and the close hand push up.

Wide arm is just that...arms out in front of you at about a 45 degree angle. Just go down until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.

Close hand (diamond) bring your hands next to each other (you can form a diamond for more training value). BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE--it could injure your wrists

push ups, press ups and steroids...or just buy a damn bench :)
