Ah, against the law. The child support is for the child benifit, like doctor bills, clothes and school stuff and so on, not for the ex-spouse. So, having sex in exchange, in no way would help the child, in fact it probably make little juniors life pretty messed up.

WHY let him do it?! You've obviously been to court for child support, why not let the judge or your lawyer know?! If you've never been to court, then go to court. Are you withholding other info from your question? So are you telling me that even though you're not a prostitute, you would go to that extent just to get child support?! Would you sell yourself to feed your child? Think about it...that's exactly what's going on...even though you're not getting paid for it, you are still getting money (money for child support). He's treating you like a whore. He has no respect for you and your child(ren). You have no respect for yourself either, and I hope you find the strength to achieve it. Find the strength to castrate him for good...deadbeat dads should be sterilized. Learn to say NO.

It's called extortion. Don't give in to some deadbeat dad who with holds funds that would benefit his child/children. Giving him sex in exchange for money would be disrespecting yourself (Unless of course you want) if that's the case explain to him that if you are going to be with him its because you want to and not because he holds money over your head. If this persists get a child support advocate. Make him aware if he isn't already that he is paying for things your child needs not a prostitute.

Geez, I thought my ex was bad refusing to pay cuz the judge suspended his visits cuz he's a meth head --- but I think it is called contempt of court!! It'll take awhile, but get in touch with your local child support enforcement agency, get the ball rolling and he should be without a driver's license within about 6 months, in jail shortly after----then maybe someone can force him to have sex----FOR FREE! Sorry I'm assuming the nonpayor a HE, call me jaded!

It's a form of rape. I mean if they're only doing it to get out of child support. Seriously the kids come first. Tell someone it's technically against the law. This is only my opinion so don't go getting offended by it.

A crime. Most states in the US, considers prostitution a crime. I think isn't crime in Las Vegas, but I am not sure.
It's considered prostitution everything, that exchanged in order to have sex. In your case, the child support.

call the DOR if that is happening.
I would say it is a twisted form of prostitution. Having sex with the intent of getting something from the other person is prostitution.
