2 months ago, I bought a really cute shirt. It's one of those long shirts that goes down to your thighs and it's a v-neck so it shows off some cleavage. The first time I wore it, I tucked the tags inside and asked my boyfriend what he thought because I was thinking about returning it. He said it looked great and I said "Are you sure? Because I was thinking about taking it back." and he said "I'm sure. It looks great on you." So I took the tags off and kept it. About a week ago we were going out and I put it on. He said quote: "You look like a hoochie in that shirt." He said he was just playin. Then I wore the same shirt tonight and he says "God! Everyone is staring at your t*tties! Why did you wear that shirt?" I got mad because I asked him when I first got it if he liked it and he said yes. Now he gets mad when I wear it. I think he should take pride in the fact that he has something that everyone's jealous of, but he's just embarrassed. Should I compromise and never wear this again?

you have to learn how to play the game. next time he says something like that, you respond by saying, "i'm only wearing this shirt for you baby." or "it's all for my sexy man" whatever...just pet his ego a bit...that's all he's asking for is a little bit of reassurance. cuz when you wear it, he probably feels like you could have all those other guys that are checking you out.

Do YOU think it's inappropriate? I would err on the side of caution, but forget what he thinks. You apparently can't count on him for a straight answer and your appraisal of the situation is probably better anyway. If you're not sure, you can always wear a cami underneath or a caridigan over. And tell your b/f to grow up.

No. Get rid of your loser boyfriend. He contradicts himself too much to trust.
