are military guys secretly crazy?

I'm dating this guy who was a former marine. He is very cute, very thoughtful and goal oriented, which i am totally not used to. He does everything for me, with no limitations. I used to starve at least 4 x's a week because there was no food to eat, but ever since i met him, he's never let me starve. Not once. The thing is, since he has been back, and isnt going to the service anymore, he is quite aggressive. People tell me that military men can go crazy with the things they have seen. He has been to Iraq 3 x's. People are always worried that he will end up hurting me because of his primative instincts. He hasnt hit me or anything, but he is aggressive. Is this normal or am i just being too paranoid?

Ok. Let me get this straight. He has never hit you once. Is totally nice to you and feeds you. You really like him. He is aggressive but not towards you.

So you are willing to throw that away because other people gossip over something that he witnessed in Iraq. So these people who gossip were they in Iraq? Do they know what it is like?

hi, i am a marine and the behavior is normal. i don't know if you have dealt with weird sleeping behaviors also, but don't be surprised if he is jumpy in his sleep. marines are the most squared away, realists and after being to iraq 3 times it is completely normal. you can try talking to him about it and see if that helps, but also, your question is kind of unclear. is he aggressive all the time, get angry quickly or what?

Uhm, someone saying they're going to bypass kill you IS mentally ill. in case you do not pick a literate answer on your question, then why did you even ask one? bypass gossip including your little girlfriends and end dropping human beings's time.
