alot of ppl say that water can help you lose weight faster.... well, I drink water, but I mostly just like the ic part.... so does ice help you lose as much weight as water? also can anyone tell me some great dieting plans, Im 15 ponds oveweight.... please help :-)

Water helps you lose weight because it gives your stomach the impression that it is full. It is also healthy to keep hydrated by drinking 8 glasses of water a day - flavoured is ok but no sugar added. (That's what Crystal Light is for!) You won't get that full feeling from ice.

You can find the perfect diet for you by going to the library and checking out the diet and fitness section. A good diet will have you losing 2 - 3 lbs a week - no more. That will only take you five - seven weeks to lose your 15 pounds!

Good luck - it's not that hard to lose 15 pounds, be glad it's not 50.

Ice melts and becomes water. First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way that you have been taught to eat is responsible (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) for making obesity the #1 health problem in the world behind hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

15 pounds is not much. Try just watching a little closer what you eat and get more exercise than you do now.

Water is really good for you. It fills you up too so maybe you eat less then. Also, it keeps you healthy by flushing out toxins too.

its better to drink like....room tempeture water..
so..like...DONT drink cold water
