HOLY COW!!

This is the first time, I have ever seen ALL the answers you have received are CORRECT!

GOOD JOB GUYS!!

I'm an RN. I can't add much more than that except it is commonally referred to as erythromalalgia.

Many things can cause it.

Let's see, besides what's already been said, Pernicious anemia.
You need folate(folic acid).

Walking on your feet all day>agitated nerves.
Frost bite.
Liver failure.

That just about does it.

Thank EVERYBODY!!! GOOD, SMART CROWD TONIGHT!!!

KUDOS! well done!

.Poor circulation? Restless leg syndrome? See a doctor and notice if your legs change colors, red to white to blue. This may be Raynard's Phenomenon. Good Luck!

Walking on hot sand at the beach. OUCH!!!!

In your case, I have never heard of that before, you should see a doctor immediately, could be something more serious.
