You're probably eating on impulse. Other's do it out of stress, anxiety and ways to make them feel better for whatever reasons. I would say that one of the biggest things that might help you is try two things. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and night. Water will help supress your appetite and at the same time helps to clense your body. If you don't mind lemon, I would add fresh lemon to your water as well. The other suggestion would be to eat more smaller portions throughout the day/night. Basically break your 3 meals a day into 6 half meals a day. This will help speed up your metabolism by quite a bit which helps burn calories, even while you sleep. I don't know anyone who doesn't like one or the other, but fresh fruits and vegetables are great in-between snacks if you get hungry. It may be tough at first, but believe me, you get used to it and begin to enjoy eating this way eventually. I went from 240lbs. to 185-190lbs. just doing this and nothing else and have maintained this weight for over 15 years now and have much more energy. What I usually do as well, one day out of the week, I will let myself eat whatever I want as a treat but the key to everything here is moderation. Its not so much what you eat as it is how much you eat. If you never change what you eat, but you cut how much you eat in half, you'd be amazed at how different you'll be.
Exercise is also great, but many don't like exercise. At the very least walk as much as you can. Instead of taking an elevator, take the stairs, instead of finding the closest parking spot, park further away. I hope this helps you as much as it has helped me. Good luck.

You need to decide that you are going to stop - no one can do it for you and.......just to make it worse it ain't easy!!!
I've just lost 57 pounds by eating next to nothing:
morning one egg and spinach
lunch three cups of raw veggies - they have to be raw for this to work
supper 4 oz of any meat except pork or organ meats or fatty fish
Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day (8 oz each glass).
Now that won't stop you from eating a lot but it will keep you from having people make fun of you - they will feel bad because you are eating such a small amount of food and have to go to the bathroom so often (from drinking all that water - it will get less with time as your body becomes accustomed to so much liquid).
Good luck :O) and you know I'm so sorry that people are making fun of you they need to grow up!!! Have a great day.

eat 1 healthy snack after every meal, which will lead you to not eating so much for the meal. eat an egg or two, studies show that most people who start with egg for breakfast eat less throughout the day. eat a lot of green salad before lunch or dinner, it won't make you eat a lot than, and take your salads naked so it won't add a lot of calories. calories aren't all bad, you need them for energy, to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat everyday. also eat of lean proteins like baked, grilled, or broiled fish or chicken without the skin and oils. they'll help you not eat a lot. slowly eat your food and make your last snack last you 20 minutes before you sleep so your not very hungry while you sleep. your censors in your stomach take a while before you know your full. eating too fast can lead to overeating and your going to feel really full and that's not good. have someone else to help you if you have a hard time, the extra help with push you through it and you can do it on your own later. drink lots of water with every meal and snack at least 8 ounces. also have alot of fiber too, when you have more fiber you feel less hungry later unlike some other foods which can make you feel hungry in 20 minutes, remember food are drugs like medicine is. the right dose is good, but too much can kill you or make you unhealthy.

Before you eat like a half hour before drink a tall glass of water. Then a half hour later your stomach will be fuller and you wont eat as much. Try to keep yourself busy with a job or hobbies. In the morning you should get up at six and jog around for a half hour. Trust me...it will make your day a lot better

If you drink a glass of water or 1% milk that helps me not to be so hungry. Also try to eat less snacks and extra food over a two week time spand. After you will not want to eat as much.

1. Eat food high with fiber. Fiber will make you feel filled-up and not so hungry.
2. Drink lots of fluids, stick to green tea - same deal, will make your stomach filled up.
3. Move away from sugar - anything that contains sugar will only whet the appetite.
4. Move away from soda - it makes you hungrier and thirstier, stick to water and various teas.
