This will sound strange- but if you have long hair, get a hair cut. You'll notice an enormous difference just from that. I'm one of those people that can't grow long hair because it and the trapped heat against my neck will sap my strength.
Another thing you can try is putting ice packs on the top of your head and around your neck. The residual heat will cause a preassure-like sensation.
I wouldn't worry yet, but keep an eye on it. Good luck!

When I first read your question, I was about to say that pressure is the GRAVITY.
What you had there could be dehydration.
Go to your doc and get the best advice from him.

I am 100% sure that it is a sinus infection. Last summer i had the same problem and really dizzy. I went to the hospital and they took all kinds of test. The test showed that I had my nodes that were swollen due to sinus problems. I asked the doctor why is my sinus a problem in my head he explained that we also have sinuses in the back of your head and when they swell up you develop this heavy, dizzy feeling in your head.

Try Mucinex-D. If it's sinus congestion, this will help.
