Well yeah, all of australia who has a car on the road needs to pay car registration for that car to be on the road, a automatic fee is already included into the registration which is what we call 3rd party insurance.. it covers for the damage done to another vechile or any passenger of that vechile.. other insurance is available .. but its tooo much all time

Third party insurance is included in the cost of the annual vehicle registration. Higher levels of cover, such as fully comprehensive are not required by law and are entirley optional. Jules, Australia.
