I cant tell you how to lose 10 lbs. in one week but i can help you lose 14 pounds in 14 days...it's called a high protien, low carbohydrate. I did it a while back..losing a pound a day and feeling great. I got to eat every three hours. The catch is that i ate very boring food. Here's the diet:

You cannot eat any bread, fruits or lettuce, milk or any dairy, or basically anything else other than what is listed. You can eat these foods:

Chicken
Fish
Turkey Patties
Tuna
Lean Meats
Egg whites
Beans
Vegtables- lots
Pico de Gallo (Salsa that is made with mixed vegtables which gives your diet a spice)
Water
Again, the key is eating every 3 hours. And of course you must excersise at least 1 hour a day.

Once the 14 days is over you must put carbs ( no more than 60 carbs a day)back into your diet. You can't stay away from them forever. You won't keep losing a pound a day but you will lose alot of weight.

If you have any questions just email me.

There's no point. The only way to lose that much weight in so short a time is by dehydrating yourself, which makes no sense because what you want to lose is FAT, not WATER. (unless you're a wrestler or boxer or something and are trying to shed some last-minute pounds before weigh-in)

Forget about the one-week plan, and start an exercise regimen, 20 minutes a day. Work for long-term results. (health and appearance)

You can loose 10 pounds of water weight by dehydrating yourself. Athletic stores carry special sweat suits that do not breath at all. As you work out this suit makes you sweat profusely. You will literally dump out pools of sweat from underneath the suit. It only works if you work out for long periods of time. A few hours for just a couple of days. However, I am not sure of your current body weight or your stamina. This could be unsafe because you also can not drink fluids with the exception of a little gatorade to replenish your salts and electrolytes. You will also feel pretty fatigued thoughout the day. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR FIGURE AT ALL!!! It simply drops 10 or more pounds of meaningless weight. I used to have to do it when I boxed in order to met certain weight requirements. Otherwise I do not reccomend it.

LOOSE 10 POUNDS IN 10 DAYS. You can also try the grapefruit diet. It is given to heart patients who need to drop a lot of weight before a by-pass surgery, and works without exercise. YOU MUST FOLLOW IT EXACTLY FOR IT TO WORK. NO CHEATING.

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or 100%grapefruit juice(unsweetened)
2 eggs, any style. 2 slices of bacon.

Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit or 100%grapefruit juice(unsweetened) Salad with any dressing(use moderation) Meat, any style/amount

Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit or 100% grapefruit juice(unsweetened)
Vegetables any green or red(cooked in butter or any seasoning)
Meat, any style/amount.

Bedtime snack: Glass of tomato juice or skim milk

Instructions:At any meal, you may eat until you are full. Don't skip bacon at breakfast or omit salads. It is the proper combinations of food that burn the fat. The grapefruit is the catalyst that starts the burning process. No caffeine at all. All softdrinks need to be diet and caffeine free. Don't eat betwen meals. If you eat the right combination of food you will not get hungry. Do not eat desserts, breads, white vegetables, sweet potatos, white onions, potatos, or celery. You can eat: red onions, broccoli, lettuce, tomatos, bell pepper, green onions, cabbage, radishes, spinach, and carrots.

This diet completely eliminates sugars and starches, which are lipds and form fat. Fat does not form fat. It helps burn it so you can fry foods in butter or use butter on vegetables. There will be no weight loss for the first 4 days, but you will loose 5 pounds on the 5th day. Therafter you will lose 1 1/2 pounds every 2 days until you are at your desired weight. Mix with 20 minutes of cardio for even faster results. Your figure will begin changing right in front of you, and your clothes will fit better almost immediately.

IMPORTANT: Stay on the diet for 12 days and stop dieting for 2 days. Don't go crazy on those two days, but enjoy your favorite foods in moderation. Good Luck!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. I don't think there is a way to lose 10 pounds in 1 week other than strong, strong diet pills, which are dangerous to your body.

More than two or three pounds a week is not useful and will come right back. It's best to try for 1 or 2 pounds and do it the right way, through proper diet and exercise.

There is no easier, safer way.

There IS no safe way to do that. Unless you're obese - then just cut out things you know are bad for you like ice-cream.

Do some cardio - 40 minutes or so at a pace you can handle, then after two weeks, begin to increase the pace.

And that's it.

You are asking for trouble! You can lose 6 pounds in one week if you cut out all the carbs from your diet and drink lots of water, and of course do some light regular exercise. You won't be hungry if you eat lean meats and fish instead of carbs, peanuts are also very satiating. Good luck.

there is really good things you can do. my dad was a doctor and he told me the best way to lose weight is not to eat any type of bread products like pastas, bread, pastries, and so on. also don't eat patatoes, and corn. not all vegetables are good for you so only eat them sometimes if you know you'll burn them off. now the best most best things you can eat and drink is ...... eat meats that are not breaded like steak and chicken but not like popeyes. because when you eat meat you body can't digest it that well.so it quikly throws it out so you get full or just have the right amount so then your not hungry so your body just throws it out and you don't gain!also don't stuff your face , and don't also starve your self!! also drink water instead of cokes. he said one of his friends lost alot of weight by just cutting off coke. so eat meats and fruits and some vegetables, drink lots of water, and also do excercise like jumping jacks, squats, walk for a while, jump rope, sit ups and arobics like tae bo. (optional but recomended) so do these things and if your young you have a fast metabolism so you'll lose at a good rate if your a slight bit older it will still help you tons!!so do these things and you'll be satisfied!!!eat right and excerise i hope i helped !
