Either, both good. Although nothing beats fresh brown eggs, they are much better than that crap you buy in the store.

I am afraid that I cannot agree with your Aunt. Brown eggs may be prettier, but otherwise they are the same.

Have you ever seen the eggs from "Easter Egg Chickens"?

They are pale green, almost pink, pale brown...

Lovely shells, but still just eggs, as someone else said, from different chickens.

It doesn't really matter to me. I will eat either color. When we lived back in Illinois, the farmer next to us sold eggs from their farm and besides having both the white and the brown he had eggs that were pastel colored. It just depends on what kind of chicken laid them.

Brown eggs have a richer taste I think.... I like them best.

The color really doesn't matter to me, as long as the eggs are from free range, uncaged, organically fed chickens. And those really DO taste much better than store bought, factory raised chicken eggs!
