NO!

Ham has way too much salt. Bad for cats. Turkey, well, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't feed my cats anything but food specifically formulated for cats.

Raw food diets are also good, but you have to follow recipies for that.

Actually, contrary to popular belief, you can feed cats raw chicken, turkey, fish, beef, lamb, pretty much anything except for pork, which contains worms which wreak havok on their health. It is called the "BARF" diet, and it is much healthier for your cats and dogs than pet store food. Veterinarians will not likely tell you this because they are paid by pet food companies to sell it to their patients. Raw chicken and turkey is great, and they can even have bones and all, as long as they are uncooked. Cooking the bones is what makes them splinter, and while they're raw, they are very soft and pliable. Our pets still have the same stomachs they did before we domesticated them, and cats especially love hunting and eating birds. It is the best thing for them. Just make sure that you get your meat from a reputable, clean facility to prevent illness. And don't worry about your pet getting salmonella. They hardly ever get sick from raw meat, and normally it's because the meat has gone bad. Your pet will have runny stools for a few days to a month after starting such a diet, but afterward, when it gets used to the meat, it will smell less, the feces will dry up and become chalky, and their coat will get shinier.

My cats anything and the know when I'm going to the fridge to make a sandwich. They love chicken, rice, ham, turkey, beef, bacon and fish. Just don't give your kitty too much because if he/she isn't used to it the kitty may end up with a little belly ache. Just give a small bite sized piece to the kitty.

You can give them little pieces of either, although, generally they say it is best not to feed cats people food. Having said that, my four do get the occasional table scraps such as a few little pieces of turkey.. steak or steak fat... chicken... and bacon.
I don't give them any dairy products.. contrary to popular belief, dairy products are actually not good for cats and often they will develop some nasty 'runs.' It's best to stick with dry and/or canned cat food, good ones (low in ash) and cat treats if you want to give them something special

It is best to keep them on cat food but turkey or ham will not hurt them.

You should only feed your cat the foods created for them. Turkey and ham have always made our cats sick. Even when it was fresh. So unless you want to have a nasty mess to clean up, feed them only cat food.

As long as its fully cooked and its just a very small amount. too much "human food" can make them sick. Also avoid feeding them things like lunchmeat thats been over processed... one of my cats LOVES turkey, I give her some on occasion and I've never seen negative effects. But make sure to just give them a small amount.

yes. it is meat. cats are predators that would normally eat meat in the wild. turkey or ham to them is like steak to us. they will have a field day.
