well, i bought this dog about 3 weeks ago. and it is female. how can i name her?

Naming can be fun! Name her after her color, personality, what she likes, how she is special, and even her flaws!

I don't really understand your question. What is the problem?
You get a dog; you think of a name that you like and that's what you call her. That's it.
If you mean WHAT can you name her then I still don't see the problem. Just think of name that you like - use your imagination.
If you really mean HOW do you name her - are you on about how to register her name with the Kennel Club?
If so, re-word your question and you will get the right answer.

You have to wait and get to know it's personality and soon a name will just come to you that defines the dog.

what does she look like. and what is she doing sometime the first words you use on a new dog become the name like the first time I saw my dog he was crying so I name him Cry Baby

Don't think about it too hard. Just play with your dog and observe her. Something about her, her habits or the way she walks or runs, something like that will make you think of a name.
Or you can name her CC, I like that name. One of my dogs is named CC.

Name your dog after somthing you like. My dogs are named after my daughters favorite dolls.

stand in the middle park and shout out names
if you don't feel embarrassed about a name then it's OK
my husband wanted to name our dog Saitn or Jesus!!!
I told him to do go to the park and do that ......
so we named her Carmen!!
