LOL at some of the answers here
You have to buy an english version of windows, there are no other languages of windows hidden anywhere on the computer or cd. You can use the Dutch key, and use someone else english cd though, that will still make it activate

Even better: Spend the ₤25 on a USB external drive. Copy your MS-Word docs and pictures (and whatever other files you need). Then download Linux for free onto a CD/DVD. Install Linux on your PC, blowing Microsoft's Windows away completely. The virus will be gone too. Then bring back all your files onto your new Linux PC system. Use LibreOffice for word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Plenty of music programmes, graphics programmes, web browsers, etc. If anything, Linux suffers from TOO MANY free application programmes. Even on MS_Winduhs Is till use LibreOffice instead of Microsoft's Office suite. LibreOffice is simply better.

I believe you will change the language of most or all of the windows texts by starting at the

start button

then choose settings
then choose control panel
then choose the icon labeled regional and language options
then choose the language you want on the drop down menu

I think Microsoft will tell you you need to reinstall Windows XP. But... if you're clever, I'm sure you can replace a few carefully-chosen system files and it will be *almost* like an English version.

go to control panel =>Regional and Language Options=>Regional Option tab select your prefered english(USA, Canada,...) and this works for some of the applications.
if not for all of them you need to reinstal XP.
