I've been seeing a guy (mostly physical) between boyfriends off and on for four years now and I'm having true feelings (not physical at all) about him now. We are both single and feel 'those feelings' without even having sex in almost a year! Can we see past all the strange occurances in between and create a real, exclusive relationship?

Anything can happen. A long term relationship true to a real love relationship. It's very common because you both know each other more and have more feeling to each other.
But firstly you have to tell your feeling to the guy and ask his feeling. Then you can find out that he has the same feeling on you also. If he don't have the feeling, then the relationship is just a one-way channel, then it is not a true love.

Yes you can start a real relationship with him. The only problem may be that in the beginning it may be a little weird but once you get pass that then you two wil have a happy relationship. (I hope)
