If you are really sure he likes you, you should call him. He might be scared to call you because he might think that you will reject him and guys sure do have a hang up with being rejected. Go ahead and give it a shot.

Wow, good question. I personally would always let the boy call me, it shows me that he cares enough about me to put forth the effort and contact me. How much do you think that he likes you? Is this a crush or serious?

Stalk him like a squirrel nut zipper! Show up at his work and accuse him of using you. Leave angry voice mails. Then leave some messages where you're all sorry and you tell him you love him and you'll try and do better. Then leave some more angry crazyass messages. Guys love that.

You don't call him if he didn't give you his number. If he has your number give him a chance to contact you. Otherwise, he's going to put you on his talk about list as chasing him with his buddies, and place you on a list you really don't want to be on. You still could end up on that list if you don't be careful.
