whats your criticism on tarot cards?

why u belive in it? if not why not?

I believe in them, I was raised believing in their accuracy, then when I got older I tried to convince myself it was just a load of shite, but when you test them, and ask a similar question in different terms and get the same damn spread it's pretty indicative of accuracy, I think. Also, I've had loads of experience with telling people I'd never met things going on in theit lives and them coming back and accusing me of causing the things i read would happen to happen.
...The first time I read for my roommate, having only lived with her for a week and never having heard about nor met her mother I slipped up, being tired, and said "Your mum's a *****!" Turns out I was right, and even hit the issues my roomie was worrying about.
So yes, I've seen too many accuracies for them not to work.

My main criticism on tarot cards is that people tend not to do research on them and their proper use. That and the fact that they are not all that precise. You can get a reading from them, but the reading is up to interpretation.

They only work for the gullible. James Randi will give a million dollars to anyone that can prove they have real psychic ability under scientific conditions. So far no takers over the past 15 years since the rewards onset.

belief is not required. with a propper form reading, all thats going on is the symbols are being recorded by the subconscious mind,
teh subconscious mind is card counting, and then what cards are drawn are drawn cuz rthe subconscious mind chooses them.

incidentally, tarot was originally a wheel of the year storyboard,and was not intended for use as divination tool.

They are a tool to reading your own subconscious, which knows all. A skilled psychic actually intermingles with the 'luck' of the draw of the card.
