Well its getting late so best make it easy. Have some french toast with maybe some scrambled eggs and sausage. Breakfast for dinner is always easy when you're in a dinner funk!

Do you have some taters? Onions? Hamburger? Make you some hamburger patties and in a seperate skillet cook you some taters and onions in veg oil till the taters are golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the onions in last but don't brown them. Cheap, easy, and very tasty!

Sausages and mashed potato with green peas on the side - this doesn't take very long to make and tastes great.

Saute extra firm tofu strips. Saute garlic and onion in peanut oil. Add cabbage, celery and carrots. Add in the cooked tofu. Pour on soy sauce. Serve with rice or noodles.

When I don't know what to eat, I look in my fridge and see what meat and stuff I have then I go to http://www.allrecipes.com or http://www.foodnetwork.com and see what I can make with that food.
