Okay, okay, I asked in the family section because I figrued someone else has had to get the silly string out of their kids favorite shirt. Geez, relax.

freeze the tee shirt and then you can pull the silly string off......this works with gum so it may work with the silly string.....

My husband has had some wal-mart variety wide-unfold below armour shirts for 3 years now and that they have yet to stretch. they are plenty extra low-fee than the truthfully variety call. i'd think of the truthfully below armour is purely as resiliant if not extra. My husband hates stretched out necks, too.

i dunno maybe use these things called scissors or maybe something like a knife (its a sort of sharp thing)
