whenever i talk to this girl i like i forget the things that we talk about..... and i wanna remember so i dont repeat myself....
and when we talk she sometimes says something that i misread - to have different meaning..... but its only with talkin to her
why is this happening ?

When you have conversations with anyone, listening is part of the conversation. Remember, we have 2 ears and 1 mouth. There has to be a good reason for that. Listening is more important. If you focus on that aspect, you will be able to remember your conversations with her.

Listen man, you obviosly have a big crush on this girl.. Heres the thing, ur nervous around her cause you like her too much to messed up ur relationship with her.. (No Need a genius to solve that) Anyways, i'd say you should probably take it slow with her since you like her so much.. Be frens first, and wen u think u got lots to say to her and she's giving signs that she likes you( and wen ur not so nervous anymore) Ask her to be ur girlfren.. Gud luck!!!
