All avatars are attractive cartoons and I have noticed people pick the ones that look like themselves they most? Problem is that they are plus 50 lbs, not that close to the real thing.

babygirl. I didn't say all Americans are like that. But there are enough (all over the world) that can't fit into this little perfect picture ideal that these avatars have. You know full well there are size 14s out there and they aren't represented anywhere. I'm not rude at all. Either in cartoons or advertising etc...

I agree completely. 2 reasons. 1. Ugly guys say they're hot. 2. It's not fair to the people who don't have like model bodies.

Excuse me Kiss off! I'm an American woman and I only have a 20 inch waist so bite me OK. For any one who doesn't get it I wear a size 5 maybe sometimes a 4. So yea maybe they should let us make our avatars chubby if we want to but maybe you shouldn't be so stereotypical and insult a bunch of people about it saying we are fat and dumpy. I've never been described as dumpy either by the way. Try looking in a mirror and focusing on your own faults before you start picking at other peoples. Besides avatars are not real. They are cartoon characters for crying out loud.!

Okay, but isn't it true then that if we all had our real pic we could be much better judges of the person's answers? You probably dont look like your avatar as it seems to be the most popular one guys pick...it's hard for me to believe that so many guys look like that. lol Anyhow I agree that avatars should be more variable in sizes and other things. do you realize how big the database would be to reflect every type of body, face, eye's, height, mouth, nose, lips, hairstyle, etc.?
and i doubt that any avatar you use is the same as you. the only avatars i even begin to trust are the ones where they show a picture... and i take those with a grain of salt if you know what i mean. besides... some americans really are that thin.

Yes and no. The skinny avatars might make the bigger people feel better about themselves and make them want to loose weight so they can be just like their avatar. That would be a good thing right.

My other avatar is a powered armor trooper, does that make me less than human? In the days of old, the colors on your shield identified you at a glance. Today, we use avatars as a quick recogniztion tool. They also say something about the personnality of the poster.

And when you say America, you are talking about Canada, the United States, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Brazil, Cuba, Jamaica, Venezuala, Haiti, etc. It is true that the United States of America does have an increasingly large obesity rate, but to tell the truth, you probably are just as ignorant as we are fat.

Yes, I agree. And I need to update my pic, if I can ever get my friend to take more pics of me. This pic is almost 7 years old. Not that I look a lot different, just a little older and my hair has some gray in it, and it's longer. lol
