weight from ur face and not ur body? cuz my face is fat! how can i make it nice and thin!!??? is there food that WILL make my cheeks fat that i should slow down on
like chips? thankxx

Unfortunately the answer is no. You cannot control what area of your body will lose fatty tissue. All you can do is maintain sensible eating and exercise habits and as your body loses fat overall it will come off of various portions of your body according to some unknown metabolic factor.

One tip for losing weight is to know that it takes 15 to 20 minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that it is no longer hungry. When you know this fact, you can eat less and not feel like if you stop before you feel full then you are going to remain hungry until you eat more.

Everyones body is different, we each hold weight in different places. More genetics than what you are eating. Best way to lose weight is to increase water(drink a glass before you eat), increase exercise, and cut down on portions, and cut out sweets and excess bread and sugar. Good Luck!!

eat just one time in 24 hours for 1 month and you will get thin face ..ps drink plenty of water in 24 hours

There are facial exercises you can do. Tilt your head back as far as you can, and say a e i o u. Also with out your head back, say the same thing, just very exaggerated!
