Just go ahead and call her! She gave you her number for a reason, right?
Make it informal, friendly, but make sure you make your intentions clear. Do you want to meet as friends, with friends, or take her out on a date?
I would start by asking her to meet you informally, see how you get along, and then who knows? You might have found someone really special!

I live by the three day rule, you should to. If she wants u to call/text that much then it will take that long for her to realise it. I never give my number out so that i dont have that longing wait!

3 DAYS AND THEN CALL, ASK HER WHAT'S UP? PUT SOME FEELER QUESTIONS OUT THERE LIKE "HAVE YOU SEEN THAT NEW MOVIE"? OR "HAVE YOU EATEN AT THAT RESTERAUNT"? THAT WAY IF SHE JUST KEEPS CUTTING YOU OFF THEN SHE AINT INTO YOU AND IF SHE KEEPS IT GOING AND GIVES LOTS OF INFO THEN YOU CAN SAY TO HER " WANNA GO TRY THAT NEW PLACEOR SEE THAT NEW FLICK" THEN YOU GOTTA WAIT 2 DAYS TO SAY WHATS UP AFTER THE INITIAL DATE. BUT 2-3 DAYS AFTER SHE GIVES YOU HER DIGITS,

Don't wait for more than a day or 2.If you wait too long she will think you are not interested.But wait at least a day,too soon and it might spook her.
